Real-Time Timetable

The system doesn’t just check whether a class technically has a timetable on file, it checks whether that timetable is actually complete. For every class and semester with enrolled students, it counts how many periods have been posted and compares that against how many periods should exist, catching a partially built schedule immediately.

Real-Time Timetable Completion Tracking in ERP

Because the comparison runs against real enrolled classes rather than a generic template, a small class that only meets for a handful of sections is evaluated against its own actual requirement, not against some average or assumption that doesn’t reflect what that specific class and semester genuinely needs to run properly.
A class only disappears from the pending list once every period it’s supposed to have has actually been posted and marked active, half-finished progress still shows up as incomplete. This all-or-nothing standard means nobody mistakes a partially entered schedule for one that’s genuinely ready to go.
This check runs independently for every class and semester combination in a college, so a delay in setting up one course’s schedule never gets masked by other classes that are already fully configured and ready to go for their own students and sections.
